Hi everyone,
Yesterday was an important one!
For the past 2 years, we’ve been working with executives across sectors on the same challenge:
How do we move from talking about AI transformation to actually executing it?
We built frameworks. We built initiatives. We explored sector chapters and verticals. But one thing was still missing:
A common operating system that our community could actually use to turn real business problems and legacy workflows into AI-native initiatives.
That is what we launched with AI-TOS.
The AI Transformation OS (AI-TOS) is designed to help take a real business challenge, diagnose how the operation works today, identify where value is leaking, redesign the workflow around AI, and build the full case around it — value, solution strategy, readiness, financials, governance, and implementation.
In short:
From a messy business problem to something leadership can actually fund, govern, and build.

Below is the full presentation from the session, including the problem we are solving, the AI-TOS framework, the Founding Partner model, and where we go from here.
Now comes the interesting part
We don’t want AI-TOS to sit in our hands as another software platform. We want to put it into the hands of the people who already understand how AI transformation works — our CAIO and Executive alumni.
That is why we are opening the first AI-TOS Founding Partner Activation Sprint starting September 21, 2026. This will be a 4-week, hands-on activation sprint where we work closely with a small group of members to build real initiatives inside AI-TOS.
For the first cohort, we are limiting participation to 15–20 members only.
World AI X Ventures will provide full sponsorship of the US$6,000 program value for selected participants.
What will you bring?
One real initiative. It could be:
an initiative you previously built during the CAIO program;
a business challenge or legacy workflow inside your organization;
or an initiative for a client you are currently supporting.
Over the four weeks, we will rebuild and strengthen that initiative inside AI-TOS and work with you directly through the full transformation journey. The goal is not another training certificate. The goal is to help you leave with:
a stronger, execution-ready AI initiative;
practical experience using AI-TOS on a real case;
and a pathway to become an AI-TOS Founding Licensed Partner.
What does Licensed Partner mean?
If you work inside an organization, you can use AI-TOS to build additional initiatives across departments and functions.
If you work as a consultant or advisor, you can use AI-TOS with your own clients and build a new AI transformation capability around it.
You keep control of your client relationship and consulting model. AI-TOS becomes the operating infrastructure behind the work.

If you want to be considered for the September 21 cohort, complete the short registration and commercial survey here:
We are also using the survey to help us finalize the AI-TOS pricing and licensing model around how our members actually plan to use it.

Session Recording & Meeting Notes can be reviewed here.
This is the next chapter for the community. We started by preparing AI leaders. Now we want to build a network of licensed practitioners who can take real enterprise workflows and systematically turn them into AI-native initiatives.
If you already have a business challenge, legacy workflow, department, or client in mind, this is exactly what we want you to bring into the sprint.
Looking forward to building the first cohort with you.
Best,

The Chief AI Officer (CAIO) Program
Every company is moving toward becoming an AI-native company. The question is: who will lead that transformation?
The corporate world does not need more executives who simply understand AI. It needs leaders who know how to take a real business challenge and turn it into an executable, fundable and governed AI-native initiative.
The Chief AI Officer (CAIO) Program is a live, hands-on 6-week executive program designed to build that capability.
Using our Enterprise AI Transformation Framework and the AI Transformation Operating System (AI-TOS), candidates work on a real use case from their organization, client, or venture and learn how to move systematically from:
Business challenge → workflow diagnosis → AI-native redesign → value case → solution strategy → readiness → financial case → governance → implementation plan.
By the end of the program, you will have developed a real AI initiative ready to take into executive review—and, more importantly, a repeatable methodology you can use to lead future AI transformations across other workflows and value streams.
Graduates become part of our network of licensed executive members, equipped with the frameworks, operating system, and community needed to lead AI transformation with a practical edge.
The September 2026 cohort is now open. You can secure your seat now.
